Born in Austin, Texas; Parker Ball is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, who loves playing football, NFL Flag Football, and Madden.
As a preschooler Parker’s first sport was Taekwondo. He started as a Tiny Tiger at Grove City ATA and completed his 2nd Degree Black Belt while attending Pottstown ATA.
Over the years Parker has tried many sports; tackle football (2017 youth, 2018 youth, 2021-7th, 2022-8th, & 2023-JV), NFL flag football (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023), basketball (LPAA 2018 & 2019 – P.R.I.D.E. 2019 & 2022), bowling(, and even hockey. He also played violin and piano while in Elementary & Middle School. He enjoys participating in sports camps: football youth camp (Summer 2018, 2019, 2021, & 2023), youth basketball camp (Summer 2022) and multiple Taekwondo Camps including a RAT Camp where he earned a midterm in Summer 2017.
In the music world, Parker played violin in his Elementary & Middle School Orchestra from 2017-2023, while also taking piano lessons from 2017-2021.
He has been part of many clubs and organizations in his youth including: American Taekwondo Association (2014-2022), Boy Scouts (2015-2017), Great Swamp Fish & Game (2020-2024), and NJHS (Inducted May 2020).
Parker enjoys volunteering with the Booster Club, score keeping for LPAA, and was the 8th Grade Basketball Team Manager for his Middle School.
He does well in academics with Distinguished Honor (6Q1, 6Q2, 7Q1, & 9Q1) and Honor Roll (6Q3, 7Q2, 7Q3, 7Q4, 8Q1, 8Q2, 9Q2, 9Q3) in multiple years with a current GPA of 3.452 as of the 3rd Quarter of 9th grade.
Parker was accepted into the Culinary Arts program at the Western Montgomery County Technical Center in Spring of 2023.
Parker’s biggest accomplishment is earning his 1st Degree Black on March 16, 2017 at the age of 7 and his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo on March 14, 2019 at the age of 9. Maybe someday he will return and work toward his 3rd Degree.
Parker’s first job was working as a Counselor-In-Training at Pottsgrove’s Summer Playground, where he will be a Jr. Counselor this summer.
Parker’s future plans include playing football, finishing high/tech school, and going to college. He loves to cook and would love to own his own restaurant someday!
